New 'Calories In vs Calories Out' Calculator
I've just designed a new calculator on my site that will tell you how many calories you should consume, and how intense your exercise needs to be in order for you to reach your goals. All you need to do is insert how much weight you wish to lose, how many weeks you wish to lose it in, how many exercise sessions you plan on doing each week, and how long each session will go for, and it will calculate the rest.
