Dietician appointment was pretty straightforward - talked about gradually introducing more and more foods - was told to leave hard meat and bread til last... didn't tell her I'd already had bread and hadn't had a problem with it. Did tell her I'd had a sausage with no probs, and she was fine with that. I also said I am HANGING OUT to just bite into an apple!! She told me to wait another week - and to then make sure the apple is peeled first :( We also talked about how I already feel restricted - even washing down soft food (scrambled eggs) with water when I went out for brekky with my mum (she doesn't know about the surgery) I was hard pressed to eat half of what I used to eat. Have got a bout of gastro at the moment and had to go to the dr yesterday to get a script for an anti-nausea drug so I don't throw up; I tried vomiting when I got up yesterday (not willingly!) and can I say OWEY!!
There is never a wrong time to do the right thing
