    Re: 113.6

No real change in eating this week besides avoiding the mother in law’s Easter lunch.

In all fairness the food was nice and nobody forced me to eat more than I should.

    third fill

Just had a fill this morning another 1ml.

In general I had a modest loss in the last month.

However with another 30+ kilo to my goal weight 500g/month is slower than I would like.

    Re: third fill

Hey Don, FANTASTIC news on the weight loss, congrats! How many mls do you have in your band now - is it 5?

On the 500g/mth thing - slowly and surely is the way to go! And you will have put on stacks of muscle with your personal training. How are your measurements going?

    Re: third fill

I have had about 7ml put in my band.

With the band I have the first about 2 ml just remove the air bubble in the band.

Yesterday he recovered 3.5 ml and added another 1 ml.

This morning one piece of toast was a fulfilling breakfast.

It does seem the restriction is slightly more in the morning for me.

I seem to still be able to tolerate carbonated drinks and drink water with little restriction.

There are different size bands and it is an individual thing on the fills.

    Fifteen years.

    Ago I was married.

And still no parole in sight.

Considering modern sentencing I must have been a very naughty boy.

Statistics suggest that about 60% of marriages end in divorce.

Does this mean the rest fight to the death?

    Re: Fifteen years.

So far today I have discovered I purchased her a  Cartier” watch.

Have I mentioned that my wide is a good organizer/manager?

I can only hope that her frugal nature and that it is labeled “Japan” on the back that it is a counterfeit.

The plans for Saturday are planning plant a mango tree so hopefully in future when my wife (who adores mangos) will think of the anniversary when she is eating mangos from the back yard.

There is a song about mango trees in the film Dr. No

She has also organized dinner in a restaurant for Saturday evening (I hope they have entrée sized main courses).

I so far have managed to receive a camping bed so hopefully I will get a good nights sleep were ever I am.

I do quite love my wife even if my sense of humor may make people uncertain at times.

    Re: Fifteen years.

The mango tree is remarkably romantic, I think.

Andy and I didn't marry because basically his mother has over-contributed to the divorce rate with three of them, and it's tainted his view of marriage.  I'm fine with that, who wants a glum groom on their wedding day.

Recently a surveyor sent me an email asking me to pick from 5 movies which I would most like to see in 35 words or less, in order to win a double pass.  I choose the new Indiana Jones movie because our first date was to see Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade in August 1989 (I still have the newspaper cutting).

We know you love your wifey!
