    Re: Back on the Horse...

i train on mondays with johnny the gym trainer.
i have 2 x sessions with elise at my home either tues & thurs (ie this week) or weds & thurs (usually) but from next week it'll be thurs & sat LOL

i get in the gym on weds & fri & do my own thing - usually half cardio/half weights or sometimes cardio only one day, and weights the other. on these days i make it up as i go along, a gym routine is like breathing to me, second nature & i barely have to think about it!

I am loving your consistency, Kaz. Are you seeing some great results? And i don't just mean physically. For me, it is MORE about head results at the moment!

    Caution: Sarcastic and Cynical!!!

    Re: Back on the Horse...

    cardio 1 hour friday

elise sat: another fun aerobics session with boxing.

jane, i'm not seeing results on scale, (not that i look often cos they're evil), i am sure that physically my fitness is slowly increasing again. i am feeling better about myself though, and feel a slight glimmer of the old me who used to train too much (not going to let that happen either...)

BALANCE... the word of the millenia!

    xx
