Thanks Nat and Renee, for popping in!

Nat, do a google search, as there are quite a few places that sell the WATP's DVD's online now, plus also Ebay!

I planned todays food last night and so far have stuck to plan, also I got up and got the exercise out of the way at 8.30am! BONUS! There is nothing on TV tonight that interests me, so if DH is home early enough I might even go to the gym!

One month at a time, one day at a time!

B: 2 weetbix, skim milk, half tsp sugar

    L: Tuna, cheese, tomato sandwich

D: Honey soy chicken with veggies and mashed potatoes

    S: 3 coffees, 3 nectarines, 1 apple, 1 small banana, 1 rice cake, 1 small yoghurt.

There is a HEAP of food there! Calories: 1247 Excercise so far: 207

    Todays food plan!

Breakfast: 100g cantelope (rockmelon) and yoghurt
Lunch: Toasted tuna, tomato, cheese sandwich
Dinner: Spaghettie bolognaise with extra trim meat and grated carrot, zuchinni, no pasta, extra salad.
Snacks: 10 pistachios, 3 nectarines, 1 small apple, 1 small banana

    Calories in: 1148 Excercise:316

Ended up cutting out the potatoes last night, after input from Adro, so to humour him and experiment Is hall try no dinner carbs all week. It will be a HUGE habit to break. Happy to have some feedback on my food though, very much appreciated!

Did the High Intensity Cardio workout from the first TBL workout DVD this morning. It is hard work but bloody good way to feel afterwards! My fitness has definitely dropped these holidays, but I hope it won't take long to jump back again!

Ray, excellent news about the DVD's, there are quite a few people here who seem to have trouble finding them, I shall now tell them to WAIT! Ray has an answer soon!!!

Go Jane! I'm a bit the same with the fitness level dropping off a bit, but I'm sure that'll come back to both of us once we get back into the normal routine!  Alison

    Hey Jane,

Do you have the 2nd BL DVD yet? I noted in your opening post that you had 2 BL DVDs. I know it's been released in the U.S. but was wondering if it's been released over here at all yet?

    Cheers,

    Nicole.

Re: It is a bit embarressing.......

Hi Nicole! I bought it on Amazon. I find it harder than the first one, especially on my knees, which is a shame, I doubt I will use it alot! It is a great workout though.

    OK, todays food!

    B: 1 fruit muffin, 1Tbs jam

L: salad with tuna, egg, cheese, no fat dressing, capsicum, mushroom

    D: Casserole with Veg

Snacks: handful cheerios and nuts, yoghurt, apple, 2 kiwi fruit

    Excercise: 45 minutes on treadmill, 10 at 5.5km 30 at 6.5

    In: 1153 Out: 273

Not as motivated today which is a worry, as I have yet to actually DO the treadmill, that won't happen for a while, too busy.

Re: It is a bit embarressing.......

    LOL! Thank you Raymond!!!

Actually, just came back to post that I DID pick it up1 I was reading my post, and thought, "WTF? Too busy? Doing WHAT???? Sitting on my a$$ at the PC!!!!" So I got up and onto the treadmill!! Felt good, and the soreness I had from the gym yesterday has eased for the moment, too! You know that machine you sit on (is it adductors/abductors???), well I upped my weight on that and I am paying for it, my upper inner thighs are SORE!!!!

    Still good!

Awww, thanks for being so nice, TF and Ray!
