Well hello there... Its been a while since I last logged on. Had to try a few times for the old password but managed to crack it.
So what's been happening with me. Of course I am always busy and always my family provide much drama.
I got married in June (not at the weight I would of liked due to many problems). I had my study preparation course that was so draining and took so much out of me that I actually gained 6-7 kilos through the 8 weeks of no exercise and eating really craps foods. Lets just say with a 30 hours or more of study workload, plus 40 hours working week, and my dad and brother going to hospital - I was not without drama's. To top it off my brother and his wife have had a separation (and are trying to work things out) but the whole surprise wedding was just a relief to get through it with everything that was happening.
As I mentioned before, my dad and brother went into hospital on the same day (different locations). My dad had been taking expired arginine tablets - so hence not good. Then my brother went into hospital and now has heart surgery booked for September 10th - he has 6 blockages (2 of them fully blocked). Had he not been doing all is soccer the doctor advised he would be dead. Now that is a shock!
So now I am re-doing another preparation course since I failed my exam but I am really not in the headspace to do it all. Of course I started it before I knew all this was happening but I still don't know if I will sit my exam in October since I have to outlay $400 to do the exam everytime.
So now I am at 85.8kg and should be exercising but I am not. I know I am full of excuses like its too cold and should change my attitude especially with the family history of heart disease, so what to do. Time will tell..
