okay this is going to be a long post, so here it goes ... Confession time
Saturday 1/7/06: Step class was cancelled so did Cardio and weights for over 1hr plus 1hr shopping
No brekky (at gym); lunch: 3 slices of white toast with peanut butter and cup of tea; snack: snowball dinner: cant remember
Sunday 2/7/06: Cardio @ Gym 35mins plus 3 hrs of shopping (was out with a friend from the Gold Coast (although eating habits wern't good).
Breakfast: English muffin w/margarine and cup of tea
Lunch: Turkish Bread with chicken, lettuce and cheese and diet coke
Late Afternoon/Dinner: Okay this is bad, went to Max Brennan in sydney - had 1 waffle with full ice cream and chocolate sauce. was so full, couldn't have dinner, plus a diet coke plus water throughout the day.
Monday 3/7/06: Leaving for Cairns at 230pm so went and did cardio. Treadmill: 25mins; Eliptical Trainer: 10 mins; Weight machine/Free weights: 30mins.
Arrived in Cairns, so went walking around the promenade and the market hall for approx 30mins before dinner (had chicken parmigina)
Breakfast: English muffin w/margarine and cup of tea
Snack/Lunch: Creamy pasta salad and a multigrain roll with a rissole and sweet chili sauce
Later Lunch: Subway 6 inch sub chicken fillet, cheese, lettuce on a parmasen bread
Flight: Chicken noodles
Late Dinner: 10pm Chicken parmigana with chips
Tuesday 4/7/06: Shopping: 2hrs; walking - general: 40 mins, walking along the esplanade: 30 mins. Drank lots of water, did lots of walking
Breakfast: Weetbix with hot water and sugar
Lunch: Out for lunch so had White sandwich with chicken, cheese, egg toasted with hot chocolate
Dinner: Veal Tortellin w/tomato crust bake plus garlic bread
Drank lots of water today
Wednesday 5/7/06: At Fitzroy Island. Walk 2 Nudey Beach 40mins return.
Did a very very very very very very very very steep island climb up lots and lots and lots and lots of steps to try and reach the light house. Imagine huge rock steps climbing for about 1.4km - approx 1hr15mins (includes stopping lots - noticed how unfit I was) plus 35 mins down. Very very very hard climb. BTW; we didn't reach the light house, was too far away, but we did reach the summit and this was all because the other track was closed.
Breakfast: Out for breakfast before we went to Fitzroy Island. Had very thick white bread (1 1/2 slices) with margarine (1 1/2 of the small packets).
Snack: approx 30 rice crackers plus 2 weight watchers choc chip biscuit
Lunch: 2 * white rolls with sesame seeds - one with peanut butter the other with ham and cheese plus apple juice
Snack: Choc Hazelnut Gelato drumstick and powerade (after our strenous hot climb)
Dinner: Small Pizza (6 slices) - 4 meatlovers, 1 ham and pineapple, 1 super supreme, pepsi max and baccio ice cream. Had lots of water throughout the day.
I cant believe what I ate. I never eat this much crap! Bugger and we haven't finished.
Thursday 6/7/06: Out in the Tablelands, Mossman Gorge, Fig Trees, Port Douglas, Tinaroo Dam. Walking around Curtain Fig Tree, Cathedral Fig Tree, Tinaroo Dam, Port Douglas and a 3km walk around mossman gorge (was so so so sore from yesterday that the stairs on the mossman gorge walk really hurt)
Breakfast: Well a very late breakfast (around 1030ish). 1 1/2 scones with cream and jam and hot choc with skim milk at Lake Burrine
Snack - late lunch - 25g of pringles and powerade
Lunch: Turkish bread with chicken, cheese and lettuce and diet coke at 230
Dinner: Leftovers from tuesday nite including garlic bread and pepsi max
Had lots of water throughout the day.
Friday 7/7/06: Kuranda, Sky Rail, train tour. Walked around the rainforest area and shopping for 2-3hrs sightseeing etc. Onset of a cold approaching, feel like crap. Still sore from wednesday
Breakfast: Weetbix with hot water and sugar
Lunch: 1130 2 rolls (white with sesame seeds); one with peanut butter and the other with ham and cheese
Snack: 20 rice crackers
Dinner: Out for dinner: Italian. Cuz I was feeling sick I had Pesto Luigine (for the garlic) and 1 1/2 slices of Garlic Bread
Saturday 8/7/06: Walk around markets for 30 mins. Leaving Cairns in the arvo. Have a cold! At least I can now walk without looking like a grandmother.
Breakfast: Out for breakfast. Had ordered bacon, sausages, toast, tomatoes, eggs etc but only had eggs and toast. Was such a huge serving
Lunch: On the flight home had Spicy chicken biscuits (bag full) and apple juice
Dinner: 3 pastizzi's (2 ricotta, 1 peas) and glass of lemonade
Sunday 9/7/06: No exercise, had a christening so no exercising
Breakfast: 830am 2 white toast with margarine and cup of tea
Lunch: 1230pm 6 jatz crackers, small serves of the following: pasta salad, potato salad, timpana, chicken, very little lasagne
Snack: 300pm Christening Cake (sponge cake with custard and choc layered filling) plus 1 * canoli and cup of tea
Dinner: 630pm Cup of soup and 1 * canoli at approx 730pm
Typical wog gathering, lots of food
Monday 10/7/06: No exercise, I have a cold. I did try, but couldn't really move and instead did last weeks homework.
Breakfast: Porridge
Snack: 15 rice crackers and 3 Weight watcher crackers
Lunch: Cup of soup - morrocan, plus 2 white slice bread with philly cheese
Snack: 1 * cannoli
Dinner: Basmati Rice with chicken and veges on a mustard base sauce and a little pepsi max
plus a paket of fruit tingles
Tuesday 11/7/06: Going to the gym to do cardio and weights. Dont know if it will be an intense workout or not cause I am still battling the flu.
So far today:
Breakfast: Porridge
Snack: 15 rice crackers
Lunch: Leftovers from last nites dinner
Snack: Up and Go (soon)
I CANT BELIEVE WHAT I ATE. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL. IM ASHAMED OF THIS. WILL BE BACK ON TRACK, DONT YOU WORRY. THAT'S REALLY BAD. OMG!!! IT WASNT UNTIL I WAS TYPING IN HERE; HOW MUCH CRAP I REALLY ATE. SHOCK HORROR. BUGGER!!!
