    Great Nutrition Blog

    Hi guys,

Just stumbled across a great nutrition blog by Susie Burrell. She's a Nutritionist and a Psychologist and specialises in obesity.

    The URL is http://www.susieburrell.com.au

    Then just click on Blog!

I do especially like this story: http://susieburrell.blogspot.com/2007/07/jersey-number-or-life-role.html

Pretty funny as a few guys I've played with came to mind as I was reading each jersey number!

I love the comparisons between processed snack foods like rice crackers, fruit bars etc to breads, sometimes seeing things like that can be very eye opening!

    Caution: Sarcastic and Cynical!!!

    Re: Great Nutrition Blog

I thought it was hysterical that as someone who is involved with food she doesn’t have the confidence to cut an avocado.

A dietician that can’t prepare food?

Then she thinks reading a book will teach her.

(I wonder if reading a book about being a personal trainer will make me fit?)

Perhaps this is why some dieticians suggest eating lots of raw things.

    After all.

All you would have to do to send MacDonald’s broke is come up with something that tastes better is cheaper and healthy.

Or perhaps this would just make MacDonald’s lift their game and make healthier food.

I would imagine that many dieticians would be delighted if MacDonald’s lost market share to a company producing healthy food.
