    Which would be better?

Ok, so your confronted with your favourite cheese ( or other savoury sorta snack ) and low fat bickies,  and chocolate,  which one would be the better for you?  If that is when you 'pig out' you tend to eat the whole bag\block etc

Basically im asking because i was hanging out for some camembert cheese today with bickies,  and bought chocolate instead, would i have been better off going for the cheese and bickies ?

I'd go with the cheese & crackers- if you're buying a brand of crackers such as Paradise Lites they're not so bad for you.

There's a book out about how French women never get fat- and they eat cheese and crackers every day.  As long as you don't eat the whole wheel of cheese in one day / sitting I'd say you'd be pretty safe.

Someone told me that cadburys do a LOW CARB plain chocolate but it sounds a but hmmmm....

I also read somewhere that weight watchers or some other low fat diet food supplier do cheeses like camembert or edam or brie but i cant remember who it was or where i saw it.... the bikie you can always find a healthier alternative- liem teh paradise litghts of vita wheat but if you cant find the low fat cheese the real stuff contains preservatives and a lot of fat and salt....Sad I love the almond& apricot cheese.. it tastes like cheesecake..... i cant have it now though...

My thoughts are that neither is the best choice for weight loss.

Logic would suggest that id you are going to fall of the wagon that only eating a smaller serve is better (As iF)

equally you may as well have the “vice” of your choice

Faline, if you cant find those low fat cheese things i posted about maybe you can find a really nice low fat dip and just cut up masses of carrots and cucumber and celery and cherry tomatoes... Making me hungry just thinking about it!Big Smile
