    Tummy Flab

    Hello .

I am hoping to gain some advice and lose some tummy fat.

I have a Treadmill and the new Leg Master that is currently out.

I use to be really thin, but over the last year i have developed quite a tummy! A few people even thought i was expecting!

With the excersise equipment that i have, can someone tell me the best way to lose tummy fat.

Ive never had to diet ever, but now i am controlling what i eat and drink.

I here that ab machines really dont work nor doing crunches etc.

I really want to lose this as quick as i can, cause i am so tired of not fitting into my clothes , having this belly is driving me nuts!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.s how long would it take to lose weight of the tummy?

    Thanks Heaps

    Sharon :)

    Re: Tummy Flab

It is always really hard to get rid of specific areas - I have lost a lot of weight over the last 18 months to 2 years and this is my first time back in here for ages - my worst bit is my midsection the best thing I think you can do is lots of cardio to get your body burning that fat - crunches and other ab exercises are really good for getting those abdominal muscles nice and firm to give your tummy a toned look as well

    Re: Tummy Flab

    How long?

I will suggest only the very keen an disciplined can consistently lose over 0.5Kg per week on average.

This suggests that to lose more than 10 Kg before Christmas will take regular and consistent effort.

If you are really keen and dedicated you could lose more.

Without knowing how much you have to loose it is hard to say.
