    BD - 2

    Warm up for 5 mins then do a light stretch

    15-20 reps of each. Start with once through then build up to 3 over 4-5 weeks.

     

    Bench Press

    Squats

    Ankle Touches

    Lunges

    Lat Pulldown

    Lower Back

    High Steps

    Cable Row

    Sit Ups

    Shoulder Press

    Hi Ray,

    Not sure if I should reply to you here or not, but everytime I go to check the photo's showing how to do certain things, they never show up. All I get is a blank webpage. Can you check to see if it is me or if they just aren't appearing properly, cheers.

    This could be due to the problem we had with our trainingdairy.ws domain yesterday. This should resolve itself in the 24 hours.

    Please let me know if it doesn't.
