So I've been hearing lately about Bikram yoga. I hear it's great for flexibility. I would love to be super flexible again! I'm thinking of starting up. Does anyone know of a good place in North West Sydney?

While I've been researching I came across this great review site http://www.truelocal.com.au (not sure if I put that link in correctly?) Anyway, I read a good review about a Bikram yoga place in Lane Cove. Has anyone else been there?
