    wow you're burning heaps of calories there, how's the muscles feeling?  If you start feeling heavy in them, take some protein! :D

    Yesterday arvo my bf and I decided to go for a walk and I managed to burn off another 476.88KCal; so the total KCal burnt for Sunday was 1406.68Kcal, which made me think I was calculating it incorrectly, but I hadn't.  Very weird.

    Muscles are feeling okay today, was sore a bit yesterday.  I'll take your advice with the protein if that happens, already took your advice on doing the weights then cardio first (i surely felt the burn from that).

    Im planning to go to the gym today and do elliptical trainer and treadmill for 1/2hr total and then a boxing class for 1hr.

    I lost 1.5kg this week, although I did work hard for it.  I planned my food for the week and my exercise (which I stuck to about 95% of the time). 

    Im a bit scared this week cuz I start Tafe back up again which means Wed and Thurs are out for exercise.  I would do a walk before but it becomes too dark around 5pm and its too unsafe.  I have some exercise DVD's that I can do when I get home, but by the time I get home after working all day, I really can't be bothered - especially when I get home around 9-930pm.  I thought about going to the gym early in the morning but theres a problem there too, i really am not a morning person.  That would mean to do at least 1/2hr of cardio, i would need to be at the gym by 710am which is not a possibility.  Hmm, any advice. BTW, can't do anything during the day cuz i work thru lunch.

    how about a brisk warmup in the morning at home?  just get half an hour in before you have a shower for now..?

    yeah, i suppose that could work if I do an exercise DVD before I go to work but the temptation of a warm bed makes it difficult to depart, but I will try.

    Cardio:

    Eliptical Trainer - 20 mins on a program @ levels 5, 6, 7               Cals Burnt: 426KCal

    Boxing Class - 60 mins                                                                 Cals Burnt: 820.2KCal

    Total KCal burnt = 1246.26KCal

    Well, I dont know if I am going to the gym tonite, have a better offer of the bf cooking dinner.  I will see.  Im feeling rather tired at the moment and unmotivated.  Hmm, perhaps I could put on a workout DVD, but would that actually eventuate, I think not.  Time will tell.  Will let you know tomorrow.

    Food has been going well for last week and this week.  Have planned everything, so will see if I stick to it.  So far so good.

    I couldn't help weigh in this morning after such a greuling workout only to find out that I weighed in at 86.3kg - only .2kg till I've reached the 10kg mark.  Cant wait, so excited.  Will try to wait to weigh in until next monday.  fingers crossed i will reach the 10kg mark.

    No exercise on Tuesday 18/7 as I went round to the bf place for dinner and go thru some real-estate. Tried to wake up early this morning to do a workout but to no avail - bed was more enticing and very warm especially since it was raining so much (damn Sydney weather!).  Hopefully Im not at Tafe for a long period tonite so I can do a workout.

    Btw; I couldn't wait and weighed in this morning and had gained from yesterday.  Hmmm, only makes me more motivated since Im nearing the 10kg mark.  So I weighed in at 86.9kg but then there could of been many reasons why, such as I had lots of water to drink than usual so I will definately wait till Monday.  Guess, you learn the lesson.

    Bugger that you got on the scales, I hope they have not messed with your head!

    Hell, that boxing class is a HUGE calorie burner, isn't it?

    Yeah dinner was good.  Had chicken mince patties (for the first time in a long while - btw; does anyone know if they make lean chicken mince?) which was very nice.  We had it like a burger with potato/sweet potato baked in the oven like wedges and sweet chili sauce (no lite sour cream - shock horror). 

    Yeah, boxing surely gets the heart pumping.  It is a hard session (but you push yourself as hard as you can).  And the scales haven't messed with my head; just annoying when you put lots of effort in; but I could say its muscle, aah, its all good.  Hopefully I finish Tafe early tonite so I can come home and do a workout.

    hmmm, started off the morning with a flat battery in my car - so was late to work.  have tafe 2nite and just had a scone, hmmm.  day is going well.

    Yes, well I think I am going flat too, maybe I need to recharge my battery - (wonder if I could exchange for a new body, pls). 

    Well thursday nite I had tafe,  So okay, I did no exercise other than walking to/from car to/from Tafe.  Was too wet and tired to exercise after Tafe and to top it off I went thru drive thru at KFC and ordered a large potato and gravy (gee, it took me back to the days of braces) and a regular chips.  So was not good at all but really out of the food to order, i think i did make reasonable choices.  Just wasn't in the mood to make dinner once I got home cuz I was all wet.

    Friday - no time to exercise.  Worked half a day so then we could look at units (err!).  There are so many crappy places at Sydney at the moment and so expensive too.  We think we may of found one.  A one bedroom (only 1.5yrs old), modern kitchen, big lounge/dining room (tiled) and bedroom (carpeted) with huge balcony.  So fingers x we get the place.  Putting in the application on Monday and should hopefully find out then. Its $265 (which is cheap around here at the moment).  It seems there is a huge market for renters at the moment and what agents are doing are putting out a range of prices to see who pays the max (so unethical if you ask me). 

    Saturday - my exercise was running around from Agent to Agent in the morning whilst it was raining (lucky me) and then running around from unit to unit for inspections.  Lots of running around.  Very tired now.  will see if I can do an exercise dvd later tonite to make up for the bad week i've been having.  It doesn't help when the weather is crap.  I find if the weather is horrible, then I feel very deflated and I dont want to exercise.

    I have been trying to keep good with the food.  Other than on thursday, I've been pretty reasonable.  I do find it difficult returning back to tafe and exercise.  I find I cant wake up early to exercise, nor can I exercise after tafe.  So it looks like 2 days are out for exercise so far, hmm, will have to think of something here.

    Sunday - will definately go to the gym - I have to focus on my exercise tomorrow since I have done none. Have to work hard tomorrow.

    Plan:

    Monday to do boxing and some cardio.

    Tuesday to do boxing and some cardio and weights.

    Wednesday: tafe

    Thursday: tafe

    Friday: cardio - 30 mins

    Sat - will see

    Sun - will see
