    Re: Friday..........

Thanks Ray, gotta be consistent with something! LOL! I was not sore after the session, actually. Oh, my knee a little but not for long. I figure that is OK, if it is sore the next day it means I did too much, but not if it is only sore a little while after. But no other soreness. Should I have lied? LOL You sure as hell tested my failing pelvic floor though! LOL! I should have thought and got you to bring some focus pads, I am dying for a good boxing session!!! The bag is OK, but it is way more fun with a real person!

B: Protein plus cereal, skim milk
    MT: coffee, apple
L: toasted sandwich- tuna, cheese and tomato
    AT: banana
D: going out with friends to a pasta place, so entree serve for me!
    S: port and cheese!

Exercise: painting! Plus 45 minutes on Trev after lunch, I hope. Depends how we are going with the renovating stuff. The list is LONG.......................

    Stuffed on Sunday!

B: small bowl cereal, slice toast and vegemite
MT: 2 Turkish delight chocs (from a box of chockies, not two bars!)
L: toasted tuna, cheese and tomato sandwich
    AT: apple, yoghurt
D: Veg Hot Pot, 1 sausage
S: 4 chockies! (nice to plan ahead!)

Exercise: I did my time on Trev yesterday, have done 2.5 hrs painting this morning and am so tired! Had a late night last night (out with friends, 2 streets away from Adro's retreat was where we ate! CRAP service, should have called in there and done a workout instead! LOL! ) so not sure if I will get any "structured" stuff in today.

    Monday

    B: 2 slices vegemite toast
    MT: 2 scotch finger bikkies
    L: ham and salad sandwich
    AT: apple, banana
D: Vegetarian Pizza (we will be out!)
    S: Hot Choc

Not the best food, I know, but it could be far, far worse! As for exercise, I am not sure, but I WILL do something, even if it is simply half an hour on Trev.

I have a block of chocolate in the pantry and almost opened it last night, but decided I did not really need it and only liked the IDEA of it. So, it is still there! OMG, shock!

In major news, we have FINISHED the hallway!!!!!!! The actual hall cupboard needs shelves and a bit more paint, but that is OK. At least you walk in and the hall looks nice! We have skirting boards! and Architraves! and Paint! And neatness! Just need a skylight............

We are off to my SIL's tonight, they are taking the kids out of school and heading away for 3 mths around Australia, so we are having a Pizza Night to farewell them all, should be nice.

    Tuesday

B: small bowl cereal, Skim Milk
    MT: yoghurt, small
L: toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwich with my BIL's kick ass relish
    AT: apple, banana
D: Spicy Lentil Hot Pot, 1 sausage, 2 squares chocolate
    S: Hot  Choc if needed!

Exercise: Feel knackered, slept badly, but will get on Trev while I watch the final of Lost I have taped. At LEAST half an hour........

Didn't do too badly at SIL's with the pizza, I think the red wine helped! LOL! I was relaxed, and not even thinking much about the food side of things. Started the mindless munching last night then realised I was doing it so stopped before it got too bad.............. It s going to take time and consistency! (Ray I know think of you when ever I use that word! LOL!)

    Wednesday already?

B: Small bowl cereal, slice of toast with peanut butter
    MT: coffee, apple
    L: Chicken and salad wrap
AT: Pikelet with peaches and custard
    D: chicken and veggie rice
    S: yoghurt IF hungry

Exercise: 45 minutes on Trev, while watching Gordon F#@#ing Ramsay

I am on Canteen duty today, yay me.............. So the day is planned around that! I leave for that at 10.45am, and get back at 2.15pm, so will get straight onto Trev, and then make pikelets for when the kids get home. Then I can make dinner after readers etc are done, which will be easy enough, AND I have made time for my exercise, which normally on Canteen duty day I use as an excuse!

    Re: Wednesday already?

Congrats on seeing results to your efforts in renovating the house.  One day I'll be doing the same, when the kids are a bit older.

You're doing well with your consistency too, as in  regular exercise, putting the brakes on mindless munching and planning meals ahead.  All traits of successful slimming.  Good for you, one day at a time.

    Re: Wednesday already?

    well done you!

i got some desperately neglected cleaning done today.

i now have a desk again.

i'm walking again, albeit very gently & not for too long.

i have handed over my gym membership to my son until i can use it. i feel RELIEVED.

we shall have to get together before your big day honey buns!

    Thursday is here!

Thanks Lorna, consistency, consistency! LOL! It will pay off.

Kaz, I understand about the gym thing. I am suspending mine for the surgery, and that will be a relief for me, too. Frustrating, isn't it? Is the walking going OK for you?

    Today!

B: bowl of protein cereal, slice toast and vegemite
    MT: tea, apple
L: Not sure, will be out and it will be a wise choice!
    AT: fruit
D: casseroled chops (I get 1!) and veggies, with crusty bread
    S: yoghurt if hungry

Exercise: not sure! I am out soon for the whole day, then I get back in time to collect the kids, feed them a snack, thake them swimming, come home, do dinner, baths etc, then it will be 8ish by the time they all get to bed, and I will be knackered! Might end up doing none, but if I can, I will get in Trev in the evening.

I was really hungry this morning, had my cereal and made 2 slices of toast. In a major miracle I thought before eating them and one ended up in the bin........................

    Re: Thursday is here!

2 nights in a row of walking on concrete & my hip is grieving me so much with pain that i didn't sleep much last night. i am now looking to probably drive to a park & walk on the soft ground there. it's absurd. i've decided to book in for the injection with my foot just on the offchance the third time will be a charm. here's hoping, eh.

you know, cereal, multigrain toast & a piece of fruit is a great breakfast. ...

some food for thought my darling ;)

    Re: Thursday is here!

FAR from picking on it!! I was reading between the lines & it smelt like there was some guilt in there with that delicious toast smell - nick that off toots!

here's some other delicious breaky ideas:

2 crumpets, honey, sliced banana! YUM
Sliced peaches, sliced banana, low fat vanilla yoghurt
baked beans on 1 slice multigrain toast with a grilled tomato, an egg and if you eat it, a slice of bacon (i don't eat the last two at all so I add some WW cottage cheese)
Smoothie: frozen berries, banana, glass milk, couple of spoons of low fat yoghurt, scoop or 2 of vanilla or choc protein powder. DELISH.
English muffin, sliced tomato, slice of cheese, under the gorilla
porridge & fruit. awesome for winter.
cereal with fruit and slice of peanut butter multigrain toast!

I am ALWAYS wonky... i see the chiro tomorrow, the physio saturday... i am the billion dollar bionic woman. or will be. if i ever stop having chronic pain!!!
