    hey all

I'm here...and I'm trying to get back into it.  I'm at 90 kgs.  GRR! But it's better than a lot more.  So I've put on about 6-7kgs.

Today, is a new day.  I'm eating properly and will be going to the gym tonight.  I will also be doing my personal training course.

Have to get going...at work, but will try and get on later.

    Great work Mel!

Hey I'm going to start recording some audio files of Interval sessions that people will be able to embed to their MP3/Ipod playlist. I'll give you a yell when I get going and you can test it out for me.

It's just finding the time at the moment!

    workout - 05/01/2007

Didn't work out yesterday and not eaten the best the last couple of days.  But I have lost some weight.  I think I'll do an official weigh in tomorrow morning from now on.

Today, got up and did a run around the tan - here's the run - tired and stuffed.  I've done a little bit of exercise this week though.  I need to get into it, otherwise i'm not going to be fit for hockey.

     Today's run:

    • 30mins 37 secs with a little stopping from traffic lights....
    • Avg. speed: 06:46 min/km
    • Avg. pace: 8.86km/hr
    • Distance: 4.52 km
    • Calories burnt: 440 calories, 20% fat.

    Other news:

    • got myself a GPS forerunner to assist me with running
    • bought some of those itrain audio tracks to also help! Will let you know how they are...

    Re: workout - 05/01/2007

Mel, when you do weigh in, look at that weight ever so briefly, don't focus on it, OK? You KNOW all the right things to do and have begun again, focus on THAT!!!!!

    Cheers!
