Yep, you do get that, don't you? Go figure! No point wasting my time on the "why". Moving on, concentrating on that "c" word......................

    Re: Torturous Tuesday

Thanks Ray! Whether you realise it or not, your little inputs get into my head.................. (try as I might, and let me say they are wreaking havoc with my excuses................)

I pulled it together and today is great! A gain, pffffft. It will be gone!

Calories in, 1208,  Out, 230ish.  Water, blitzed it. Exercise, done. Fruit intake, 2 serves. Veg intake, 5 serves. WOOHOO.

    Doesn't get better than that.

    Friday

Two days at work so far, and managing nicely. Feeling tired, but still behaving! Still managing to keep the calories at about 1200, and the last two nights have done half an hour on Trev after the kids have gone to bed. How ANYONE does fulltime work permanently with kids is beyond me! I am tired, and making the time to exercise would be very easy to not bother with! I can understand the excuse of "Too tired, too busy" all too well. BUT if I can do it, it must be doable I am only doing 30 minutes, so it is not too long, and I feel great knowing I am not resorting to excuses!

    Re: Friday

    Hi Jane,

It sounds like you really have it all figured out, well done.

I know all too well what you mean about the too tired/busy excuses.  I've been working 52 hours a week night shift and trying to keep the house and kids in order around that.  And at this time of year there is so much on at school I can't remember if I'm coming or going LOL!!!  Well done though, you have yourself so organised, I wish I could be that routined LOL!!!

Keep up the great work, Anna

    Re: Friday

Thanks Anna, not sure I could be so organised if I had your sort of hours though!

Things are moving along nicely here, well, *I* am doing all the right things, so let's see what those scales say! My frame of mind is good, which is a huge part of the battle for me!

I have been making a big effort to stick with as much fresh stuff as I can, and that would be a large part of why I feel good, I am sure. Anyhow, keep moving!

    Tuesday, better than last week!

    SO busy!!!!!

96.2 this morning, a drop of 2.1 this week!!!!! go me! You have no idea how thrilled I am, because after the gain last week which made no sense, I have simply stuck to plan and ignored it, and look what happens! LOL!

    Have a great day!

    Sloth in the house!

I am finding it so hard to be motivated with my exercise. I am feeling lazy to the point where I can't be bothered even working out a program! This working gig is crap, can I say? I did OK the first few days, making the time to do half an hour, but it has fallen in a heap!

I need to write myself a half hour program where I have to work hard, for five days.Using tready, weights, whatever I have here. Shame I am feeling too lazy to even do that. SLAP ME.

At least the food is good! But the food alone is NOT going to get me to my Christmas goal!!!!!!

    Up, down, up, down!

Not sure what is going on, but gained a kilo this week! All I can think is i may be a little "clogged"? So I will keep an eye on the fibre, and remind myslef exercise helps, too! Went out for some intervals last night, was glad I made the effort. Trying not to write off my Christmas goal, but ACK, not looking so good.

    Re: Up, down, up, down!

I know exactly how you feel Jane, I've gained this week too.  It's looking like I won't reach my Christmas goal either but I'm finding a new determination today and I'm going to do it. Whip

    Re: Up, down, up, down!

Hi Anna! Must go check your journal and see how you went this week!

Lost a massive 0.1 this week, down to 97.1kg. Expect a GOOD loss next week, since i am home and doing more, drinking my water etc.

I have had the best morning! My house is almost spotless, just the kids rooms and the toyroom left, which I cannot and will not do until THEY have tidied! I have scrubbed, wiped, washed, folded, mopped, swept, tidied........... Call me Cinderella! SO nice to be done with work!

    Re: Up, down, up, down!

well done on that loss Jane, any loss is worth the effort and take it from me, I know what any change in routine can do to upset your good habits, after all, that's what led me to find this site in the first place.  Good Luck for the coming week, I'm sure it will be a good one. Yes

    ROFL! Thanks Ray! Needed that............

    Plan for tomorrow?

1200 calories in, half hour walk at 5.5kph, done in two 15 minute lots with 5 minutes boxing bag in the middle. 2 litres water at least.............. Nice and easy to get me going again. My sinuses are definitely clearer, and I feel better than I have in 2 weeks. I hate being sick, and it is always such a PITA remotivating!
