ah my favourite place in the world is Italy then Spain! I've been there twice and I can tell you some great places to go...I'm obsessed and it will certainly be on my next trip!
Did boxing yesterday and pushed it again, so much so that I had a lack of energy for hockey last night (still pushed myself with the running) and gym today.
I'm certainly feeling very tired now...but that also has to do with the fact that I've had less than 3 hours sleep - watching the BL last night after training was a good idea to a certain degree but hell getting up this morning to get to the gym!
Tomorrow I may skip my run again and just do something easy, if anything. Just depends how tired I am and how long it takes to organise the pick up of my brand spanking new car!

Here are my goals for starters. I think I'll improve on them later on:
Long term goals:
- Drop to a healthy weight which at this stage is 65 kilos based on
my BMI. This may not be the right weight, depending how much muscle I
build with the weights.
- Body fat of 20%
- Lose this by December (if possible)
- Keep this off! This is a lifestyle change!
Short term goals:
- 1 kg loss a week
- drink 2-3 litres of water a day
- 1200 calories a day
- maintain 2 carbs a day
- maintain 5kms run each time
- complete a 5km fun run
- increase to running to 10km
- drop 13kgs
