Ok this is the 2nd time I tried to post to you, damn computer....lol
I was saying....
I did the rowing maching the other day for 5 mins, and I haven't done it in prob 3 years! I was absolutely stuffed on it after 1 min!!!! No joke!!!
The next day I was wondering why I was so sore in the shoulders, and then I remembered that i had done the rowing machine the day before! I had totally forgotten about it!!!
Your weights regime looks impressive!! I think I should start doing some weights but don't know where to start (apart from bodypump class--love that!!) I might steal some ideas from you (if u don't mind) and do some weights (obviously not use the weight your on to start with...lol) Or if you have any thoughts on how/what regime I could do to start I'd appreciate it muchly :)
