    Ok this is the 2nd time I tried to post to you, damn computer....lol

    I was saying....

    I did the rowing maching the other day for 5 mins, and I haven't done it in prob 3 years! I was absolutely stuffed on it after 1 min!!!! No joke!!!

    The next day I was wondering why I was so sore in the shoulders, and then I remembered that i had done the rowing machine the day before! I had totally forgotten about it!!!

     Your weights regime looks impressive!! I think I should start doing some weights but don't know where to start (apart from bodypump class--love that!!) I might steal some ideas from you (if u don't mind) and do some weights (obviously not use the weight your on to start with...lol) Or if you have any thoughts on how/what regime I could do to start I'd appreciate it muchly :)

    Hi there Natz,

    Happy for you to get some ideas from my weights...that's why I chuck them up.

     

    I reckon first up though you should do an overall one.  I'll see if I can find one and post it up here or on your journal so you can view:

    Something like:

    • 5 mins warmup
    • Lunges
    • Bench Press
    • Biceps
    • Tricep Pushdown
    • Shoulder Press
    • Lat Pull Down
    • Pulley / Seated Row
    • Leg Press / Squats
    • Situp
    • 30 mins cardio
    I'll find it though and put it up though

    Thanks mate...should be less busy next week.  my contract ends today.  I've had quite a few calls about jobs today, about 10 jobs that I've got called about from different agencies....nice to see I'm wanted. Big Smile

    heya!  yeah at the gym but put kilos on and I found a job!  :D  I'm still writing stuff on my website, but just not entering anything here...just lazy I suppose! :D  just basically reading a few posts and taking it easy at the mo! :D

    If the picture on your web page is you there has been a massive change I suppose you have done a lot of work so you deserve the change.

    Hey there Miss Mel!!!! That pic IS hot!!! I love that you look so happy in it, Now, don't go telling me you were drunk, OK? LOL!

    How much time in a spin class is spent sitting in such a way that you are putting your cccyx under pressure? Just curious! I am often tempted to try a spin class, but never quite brave enough! My coccyx has settled SO much, so I am tempted once again!

    howdy guys...thanks for all the compliments...yes I was a little happy in that shot! and it got much worse...oops! oh well! hehehe

    spinning is sore on coccyx but you do get used to it...only takes a couple of sessions...I do two a week now and I'm fine.... :D

    try it out jane. its worth it. great calorie burner!

    I tried those bikes (not in a class) just cause all the machines were in use, and lets say i couldn't walk properly for the next couple of days and that was only after 15 mins - imagine a class!  But it is a definate calorie burner
