sounds good. had pasta with vegie bacon, chickpeas, 1/2 red onion, gourmet mushrooms, dash lemon, 2 tsp minced garlic, S& P and drizzle of truffle oil...delish!
brekky: oats with stewed pears, cranberries and almonds
lunch: corn soup with vegie bacon (recipe on site), bread roll
dinner: seasoned tempeh and roasted oregano wedges (recipe on site).
snacks: yoghurt
drinks: homemade coffee, water, diet v.
exercise: weights, boxing, hockey training
coming down with my 4th bout of a cold and a sore throat...not happy jan!
