    Re: Back on the Horse...

had a really fun training session with elise tonight!

she stunned me with the news that we were doing aerobics... errrr ok! i haven't touched that stuff since the mid 90s when i was banned from a class for knocking over a row of people doing the grapevine (i went the wrong way...)!!

anyway, we had loads of fun laughing and moving and me being totally unco!

did some boxing and loads more pushups and then had a lovely stretch afterwards.

had a chiro appt tonight straight after, so that was great too!

breakfast: 1/3 can baked beans on toast with cottage cheese
    lunch: optifast bar
    dinner: stirfry vegies with noodles

    feeling: sore but good Smile

    Re: Back on the Horse...

i knew someone would ask LOL

i always keep one in my handbag so that if i am at work and unable to get lunch (my options are take it myself or the lunch truck - no shops nearby) i don't skip the meal & know it's got a good amount of protein in it (always an issue for me, getting enough protein)...

so today i had every intention of getting a salad roll or sandwich, but the only things she had left on the lunchtruck all had meat on them, or calorie-laden vegie pasties. i was at work very early & in a rush this morning, so didn't have a chance to organise my lunch properly.

hence i had the backup optifast bar.

oh and my boss went out of her way drive 10 minutes to get deep fried chips.
    i said no way!

    Wink

    Re: Back on the Horse...

had a gorgeously tough training session with elise tonight! loving the old school pushups and dips and boxing and abs. purrrrrrrrfect! does an awesome stretch too!

breakfast: 1/3 can baked beans on toast
lunch: toasted cheese & tomato sandwich on wholegrain
    dinner: steamed vegetables

work is done for the week. got a hair appt booked for tomorrow, so that should be nice. going to gym early for a nice cardio/weights workout.
chiro was awesome, but this morning i twisted my ankle & fell down the back steps - didn't land, luckily, but twisted everything and am a bit tender... oops!

tomorrow night is thai for dinner with the family, so a nice treat.
focus for the coming days: physical pain. combat: meditate & love myself a little...

    feeling: Sleep

    Re: Back on the Horse...

Hey sexy ass! what sort of chiro do you see? Mine won't let me do anything strenuous for 48 hrs after an adjustment, and he uses the Gonstead method. Just curious! (Although I guess a fall down the stairs IS accidental! LOL!) And I get so sore (coccyx) that no way will I rsik that work coming undone!

    Re: Back on the Horse...

    yay!

2 weeks in a row i've trained 4 times, so i am definitely back in the saddle.

    i feel pleased about that.

had my hair cut yesterday, it's really hot! quite short at the back, concave to the front where it's longer. some people call it the pob, but mine's not that short, so it shall be known as "the kaz"... and no, the nicole richie version of it (or the NOB!!) is not quite the same as this either.

anyway it looks and feels very sleek & sexy!

    xx
