    Re: Back on the Horse...

    Thanks Ray...

well my liver function tests came back good, so i don't need a transplant LOL - the prexige problem has been a worry for a LOT of people, and my doc rightly sent me straight off for tests.

Gym tomorrow after work - might just do another cardio session, I'll see how I feel (and how much flack Johnny gives me LOL) - time will be a factor too... actually, I'm leaving work at 12 tomorrow for a school thing for Bella, so I might be able to do a full session... yay!

Have a training session with Elise on Thursday arvo, and then gym on Friday, then train with Elise again on Saturday. So yeah, I guess I am on a good roll.

Hubby is in India for 2 weeks, and while it's a bit hard, one great thing is I've been going to sleep between 8-10 and waking up around 5-6am... so sleep is definitely on the improve.

I've rejoined the online quit support group and am working thru my Allen Carr quit book, so that's another positive step.

Hope the holiday is going great.
    Luv Kaz x

    Re: Back on the Horse...

Holiday has been great but ready to get stuck back into everything.

It's funny, after visiting Italy I just can't see the name Bella without thinking "Ahhh, Bella!". Something I heard many times each day......well they weren't talking to me, it was Jessica Big Smile

    Re: Back on the Horse...

    Thanks for dropping by natz.

Today i trained with elise, loads of pushups & dips & core work.

In my 6 weeks with her so far, my flexibility seems to be improving a little (one of my goals), and I can do more pushups and dips than i've been able to in a while.

    Yay!

    Re: Back on the Horse...

did 45 minutes at gym today, a mix of elliptical and weights and stretching. i focussed mainly on back & biceps today and got some nice stretching in (oh and some abs too)...

as i was leaving the gym guy says Hey that was only 30 minutes, and I said Dude i was here way before 9... it was 45 minutes... anyhoo as i'm also walking the dog in a minute, he's let me off and he did say oh yeah you were here earlier... DOH

it's irritating, it's the kind of pressure i don't need when i'm working on my massive list (as per first entry of this journal...)

    anyhoooo
