thanks for alll of that i appreciate it,
one thing i am not budging on is staff, they will ALL need to have been or are overweight before and either sorted it or sorting it out while working there, although i do believe being severly inderweight and sorting it out is a great tool to.
i think teeny boppers are not excluded as long as they fit the criteria which would probably make them alot more mature anyway.
the only size 6s we will ever have s if they have photos to prove they dropped the 10 that was in front of the 6 before,
the main focus of this new me is that its run by people who have walked the walk not just learned the talk.
it is all about the guests there, thats wht im all about, and ive always said right from the beginning that the only person who has never been overweight who will have anything to o with this is RAY,
because when ray and i trained he got in my head so bad that about a week or 2 into it i actually asked him when was he fat!!!
he knows his stuff and he cares other then that no one else (besides rays wife carol and my wife sam) would have any interaction in the business, from trainers to nurses to admin!!!!
they all need to have a story.
oh and to answer the other question no im not stealing rays job as winner trainer, he wants it to much for himself haha so ill elave that for him, but maybe once the new me is set up and running the biggest loser might come down there and do some training.
