Don't you hate that word Newbie ???
Hi all, I'm 43, have been active most of those 43 years, however the last 12 months has been a struggle. I just lack confidence when it comes to exercise & what I can do... so this I am hoping this may be a good way to help get me back on track. I've had a couple of setbacks, the latest being surgery, but I'm healing well and ready to get back on the fitness horse (so to speak) and get my fitness back & tone up again.
I would be about 152 cm (or thereabouts) and about 58kg - put on 10kg over the last couple of years & I live on the Mton Peninsula.
