B: cereal
MT: 2 scotch fingers
L: toasted ham, cheese and relish sandwich
AT: fruit
D: scrambled eggs on toast
S: 1 row chocolate
Exercise: Trev, maybe 45 minutes depends on my toe, which is sore (arthritis) today, but sometimes that eases as I walk.
Did reading in Zacs class this morning, hilarious! He was so happy he
could hardly sit still! I do heaps up at the school but it was the
first time i had actually done reading! Kaz, I LOVE baked beans with tomato!

B: banana, yoghurt, slice vegemite toast
MT: apple
L: toasted ham, cheese and relish sandwich
AT and D: not sure, we will be out
Excercise: nothing formal, as again, we are out, but we will be doing lots of casual walking.
We are taking Mum to see The Chaser tonight, and before it we are
spending the afternoon in the city, as she has not seen it in years,
which will be nice! I have read some good reviews about the show, so am
looking forward to it!

B: Protein cereal, milk
MT: small banana
L: Pizza roll, choc frog
AT: apple
D: Pasta bake
S: 2 pieces choc honeycomb
Ex: 30 minutes on Trev. I need to talk to the dr about my arthritic toes, as it gets quite painful, which is limiting my time
Had a great weekend! We took Mum to see The Chaser, which was
hilarious, we were in the 2nd row - those boys are wicked, which I
LOVE.............. We showed her Fed Square, and Southbank, went to a
Belgian Beer Cafe, up Eureka Tower, had dinner at The Blue Train (where
we had the dinner with The Biggest Losers SO long ago!) and then saw
the show. Really good time! Sunday morning we had the school working
bee, I got to paint the outside of the library for two hours, then cook
snags for an hour and a half! came home, then had to go shopping with 2
of the kids, as they needed footy boots, and Amy Rose had to settle for
cricket shoes (she does not know!) as her feet are too big!
Chris finished my cupboard over the weekend, so I have spent today
putting my linen etc away, as well as vaccuming, mopping, washing
etc........... still have to organise dinner and get on Trev, but
should be no trouble getting it all done!

Hi Ladies, Alison, my toe will be OK, I am just wining................... Yes Kaz, we must!
B: Protein cereal
MT: apple (SO wanted a party pie from the bakery, so kudos to me for good choice!)
L: Chicken pie, peanut butter sandwich
AT: banana
D: Pumpkin soup
I don't know what happened for lunch, I had it early and was STARVING,
hence the sandwich AND the pie. Had the pie first and waited, and was
still physically hungry, so had a sandwich, Feel a bit too full now, so
should have had a half sandwich, but never mind! Interestingly, my net
calories will be about 1500, after I do half an hour on Trev. I have
not calorie counted for a little while, so that was very interesting! I
aim to get a NET figure of 1200 - 1300 so not too high over that.

B: 2 slices vegemite toast
MT: Chai Latte, handful nuts
L: Pana Di casa roll, tuna and cheese
AT: fruit
D: Steak and veg
S: yoghurt if needed
Exercise: I never got around to any yesterday, I was really tired.
Slept like the dead last night! I will get onto Trev for at least 30
minutes!
Did reading at school today, I love it, the kids crack me up! Then had
coffee with some of the mums, came home and made a few calls. I am
thrilled to say that as it stands I am first on the list on the day of
surgery, and it is an afternoon list, so I won't have to get in until
12.00pm!!!!! YEEEEEEHA! Have suspended my gym membership (at no cost)
for 12 weeks as from the weekend before the op. I have a 12 mth
contract, and if I find I am not using ofr anything other than what I
could be doing at home once that time is up I am going to cancel it and
find a bit extra each month for a session a month with a GOOD PT, which
I will go to great lengths to find! Not some young guy who is not
confident enough to push me! LOL! ATM, I find my knee is holding me
back from pretty much all the classes, and I joined for the classes!

B: Protein cereal
MT: small yoghurt, handful nuts
L: Tomato and baked beans on toast
AT: banana
D: Tuna Casserole, small serve
S: apple and yoghurt
Exercise: Will "mount Trev" as Mum calls it, after I get off the PC. I
did a shuffle jog thing yesterday, felt odd to be "running" at just
6kph, but it meant my HR actually got up higher than at a walk (up to
about 135) so I will see how I go with that today. My knee etc etc etc
all felt fine!
Busy morning! I have cleaned the bathrooms, done the folding, cooked
dinner, made a cake, swept the floor, made some phone calls and spent
half an hour with my BIL attempting to work out which beer is which in
the brewery so he could pinch some for a meeting he has tonight. SO
many beers.....................

B: 2 slices toast L: Beef pie, half sausage rol AT: Donut D:no idea S: no idea Exercise: no idea.......... Hurts to move much...............
Sensing a theme? LOL! Yes, I am having a "moment". I went to the chiro this morning, he is hopeful the Op is going to fix my back a little, as it is SO inflamed and fluidy. He did what he could, but we shall see. I am really uncomfortable at this point, but such is life! (Hmm, an idea for a tattoo?) Off now to give myself a slap.

Hope the back is better soon jane! WOW re your surgery! lots happening for you. I can relate! I'd love to say goodbye to all my reproductive organs ...but I am far too chicken! The problems they cause....(other than teenagers,LOL) are enough to make me have that op...but part of me is just biding my time until menopause!..( wonder which is worse!? ) Gee ,it's great being a woman! Glad to hear you "mounted" Trev for a workout . My poor treadmill should be called Redundant Roger ! Such is life.....Ask Ben Cousins for his tatooist's name!

Lala, I am sure Roger would love you to give him a good run! LOL! A bit brighter this morning, although knackered thanks to a trivia night and champagne............. Waiting for a skylight man to come and put one in the hallway. Have a great weekend!

B: Protein plus cereal
MT: cookie (big one!) at school meeting
L: Wholegrain roll with ham, cream cheese, tomato and mustard
AT: fruit
D: not sure yet, but it will possibly be meatloaf and veg
Exercise: Shall mount trev once I get off the PC!
Washing done, dried and put away. Floors swept and mopped. Spent half
an hour cleaning glass shards out of a classroom at school thanks to
some delightful [erson with no life. Spent an hour and a half at a
Parents Group meeting. Need to do my exercise, and also finish the
weeks meal plan, plus some ironing..............
Very tired, for some reason. ent to say Happy birthday to a friend last
night, he just passed his PT certification, and is over the moon, He is
A LOVELY gfuy, I adore him! He lives not too close, unfortunately, plus
he has gotten a job as a PT on a cruise ship. He mentioned last night
he wants to work with "real" people though. Then he said, "Adro went to
my school, did you know he has opened a retreat in Victoria?" LOL! He
said he would LOVE to work with him! Such a small world, and nice to
know the word is out there, too.

yay for education, Kaz! LOL! REALLY keen to get this OP over and done with now, my back is SO tense and tender, and (TMI!) I am REALLY sick of going to the loo................. Eating this week has been up and down, lots of deep breathing going on. I have a sick and snotty one home today, which has actually rocked. He is giving me lots of "huggles" as I get stuff around the house done that I have been putting off, makes me feel loved! Yay for the Zacman!
