    No Equipment - Beginner 1

    Start by warming up for 5 minutes, then having a light stretch.

    15-20 reps on each. Start by going through once, then build up to 3 times over 4 weeks

    Wall Push Ups

    Squats

    Dips

    High Steps

    what a great I dea your wall push up's are! I just posted you a message as I can't even do one push up. Now I have just seen these. I will start Beginner 1 tommorrow.
