Im with ray on this one, i feel that a set of dumbells, a barbell, maybe a skipping rope and obviously some weights will do the trick. The exercise bike is concentrating on your fitness aspect and therefore incoporating the weights into your routine will improve the toning of your muscles. When performing exercises with dumbells and barbells you will be amazed at the amount of body parts you can cover and the vast array of exercises. Myself personally i train wrestling 4 times a week and on the other days i do weight training that only involves dumbells and bars. The right combination of cardiovascular training and weights will see u achieve great results! GOOD LUCK!
