    my arms need help

    Hi everyone,

Ok, I think I've got the eating thing sorted out now I need to get the exercise thing sorted out.

I do try to do some form of exercise everyday, I own a mountain bike and an exercise bike that i try to use most days, I also walk to work (about 15 minutes) whenever the weather will let me.

My question is, Don't all these things only really work the bottom half of my body? What I'm looking for is some advice to help tone up the upper half of my body.  I also own a set of 1kg weights but my husband has a set of dumbells with different size weights to go on them.  Any advice on how to use these would be great. I really also want to know, will I ever get rid of my saggy arms? lol!!

Anyway, I can't wait to see what advice you all have have Yes

    Take Care

    Vic Chick

Check out the resistance circuits Ray has here, you can choose a few things to do and make your own combo!

Hmmmm, reminds me of my dumbells..........

Kayaking and swimming are good upper body activities.
