Ok back and ready for some action.
I will post a pic a bit later. My current weight is 89 kilos. I have lost 4 kilos in the last month I would say, now i'm going to keep track.
My goals are.
5 walks a week.
Weight training, after 20 mins of cardio. x 5 times a week.
