Just finished the second park video. had to film it myself so couldn't demontrate but I'm sure you'll get the idea
This park is really good because it has loads of natural props to use for exercise.

Hi guys,
Here's the first of my videos on training in your local parks. I'll be putting a few up for free but the rest will be in the paid service we'll be offering in the future. We'll be adding 1 each week.
